In the first quarter of this year, solar power plants in Azerbaijan generated 91.3 million kWh of electricity.
Renewables.az reports, citing operational data released by the Ministry of Energy, this figure is 21.2 million kWh, or 18.8%, lower compared to the same period of the previous year.
It should be noted that during the reporting period, solar power plants under “Azerenergy” OJSC (“Nakhchivan Energy” LLC) produced 10.1 million kWh of electricity, marking a 26.8% decrease.
