Azerbaijan’s wind power plants generated 247.7 million kWh of electricity in the first quarter of this year.
Renewables.az reports, citing operational electricity data released by the Ministry of Energy, that this figure is 238.2 million kWh, or 26.1 times higher, compared to the corresponding period of 2025.
It should be noted that during the reporting period, wind power plants operated by “Azerishiq” OJSC generated 7.9 million kWh of electricity.
