Azerbaijan has evaluated the prospects of building a green data center with Saudi Arabia's ACWA Power company, Azerbaijani Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov wrote on X, Renewables.az informs.
“Within the Baku Energy Forum, we had a fruitful meeting with Mohammad Abunayyan, Founder and Chairman of the Board of ACWA Power.
We discussed the cooperation opportunities on the Khizi-Absheron WPP with a capacity of 240 MW to be put into operation this year, 3.5 MW offshore and 200 MW onshore integrated wind and battery energy storage system project. We evaluated the prospects of building a green data center,” reads the post.
