An online meeting was held between specialists of the Azerbaijan Energy Regulatory Agency (AERA) and the Energy Market Regulatory Authority of Türkiye (EMRA) within the framework of the 2025–2026 Inter-Forum Action Plan of the Regulations Working Group under the Azerbaijan–Türkiye IV Energy Forum.
The co-chairs of the Working Group from AERA and EMRA, Elmar Gulaliyev and Mustafa Yavuzdemir, welcomed the participants and highlighted the importance of such meetings.
During the meeting, Onur Uyanusta, an energy specialist at EMRA, delivered a presentation on “Aggregation Activities in the Turkish Market.” He provided detailed information on aggregation activities in the electricity market, as well as the existing legal framework and licensing in this area.
The meeting concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session.
